These are our general terms and conditions (the Terms). You can also find them on our website. When we refer to you in these Terms, we mean you as a user of our Services.

Applicability and Services
1.Applicability
1.1 These Terms apply to every Quotation and Agreement between you and us and to any use of our Services.
1.2 You are responsible for ensuring that every person or passenger using our Services at your request complies with these Terms. You will be liable for any damages resulting from every person or a passenger violating these Terms.
2. The Services
2.1 We offer high-quality and reliable services, including but not limited to:
- Private Jet Charter
- Helicopter Charter
- Yacht Charter
- Car Rental
- Private Chauffeur
- Meet & Assist
- Private Security
- Villa Booking
- Hotel Booking
Bookings
3.Quotation and Agreements
You can make a booking request via email or WhatsApp. You must provide accurate information.
We will send a Quotation valid for 24 hours.
An Agreement is formed when:
- You accept the Quotation via email or WhatsApp.
- Payment is made based on the Quotation.
- We provide (a part of) the Services.
We will send a Confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
The Agreement or Confirmation takes precedence over these Terms in case of any discrepancy.
4.Adjustments
4.1 Requests for adjustments should be made as soon as possible.
4.2 If adjustments increase costs, the additional amount will be charged to you.
4.3 Date changes may be subject to additional costs unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation and No-Shows
5.Cancellation
5.1 Once a service is booked and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always do our best to find an alternative solution, if possible. Please note that this is not guaranteed, and additional costs may apply if a service is modified or rescheduled.
6. No-Shows
6.1 It is only your responsibility for every person or passenger to be present at the agreed time and location for any booked service.
6.2 If you are unable to locate your service provider (e.g., chauffeur, private jet, hotel representative), you must contact us immediately.
6.3 If you fail to appear for a scheduled service without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show, and the entire service fee will be charged. To avoid this, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Any notification to cancel or discontinue the service must first be accepted by us before it is considered valid.
6.4 For time-sensitive services such as flights, chauffeur bookings, or reservations with third parties, failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of the service without refund.
Prices and Payment
7.Prices and Additional Costs
7.1 Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Additional charges may apply for extra services such as waiting time, additional mileage, extra stops, or any special requests beyond the agreed service.
7.3 If an invoice is required, an additional 5% will be added to the total cost to account for VAT.
8. Payments
8.1 All services must be paid for before the service takes place, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.2 If an alternative payment arrangement is agreed upon, full payment must be made within 14 days from the start date of the service, which is the first day of the service period
8.3 Invoices are provided electronically unless a paper invoice is requested (subject to an administrative fee).
8.4 Any foreign transaction costs, bank fees, or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of you.
8.5 Late payments may result in penalties, interest charges, and collection costs, as well as suspension of future services until full payment is received.
Drivers and Vehicles
9. Drivers
9.1 Drivers arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
9.2 In case of delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
9.3 We reserve the right to change the assigned driver if necessary.
10. Vehicles
10.1 Vehicles may be substituted with equivalent or better alternatives.
10.2 Only our drivers are authorized to operate the vehicle.
10.3 Drivers may refuse transport of excessive luggage.
10.4 Seat belts must be worn at all times.
11. Prohibited Activities in Vehicles
11.1 Smoking, illegal drugs, prohibited weapons and alcohol consumption are prohibited.
11.2 Violations may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
11.3 Cleaning fees may be charged for violations.
Complaints and Liability
12. Complaints
12.1 Complaints must be reported within 24 hours.
12.2 We will review and aim to respond within 48 hours.
13. Liability
13.1 We are not liable for:
- a. Failure to wear seatbelts.
- b. Loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
- c. Force majeure situations.
13.2 We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, costs, or liabilities of any kind arising from or in connection with the services provided.
Legal Provisions
14. Termination
We may terminate the Agreement if you, every person or passenger using our services violate these Terms or if you become insolvent.
15. Use of Third Parties
We may engage with third parties to assist with service delivery.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for non-performance due to force majeure.
17. Intellectual Property
We retain all intellectual property rights associated with our Website and Services.
18. Confidentiality and Privacy
We will keep all confidential information private, including personal data.
19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by UAE law and will exclusive be presented for the courts of UAE
